The two allowances are separate. Gigs are counted by when the set was played; bookings by when the booking was made, not the date it is for. Booking a gig in March and playing it in April spends one of each. Two different things, on two different days.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed in your App Store account. A trial converts unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
